George was heavily involved in the purchasing of our first property (condo in Alexandria). We had such a connection and was impressed by his knowledge, responsiveness and dedication that it was a "no brainer" to call him when we were ready to purchase again.

House hunting - I am very active and eager individual and would be texting/emailing/calling George frequently with places that I had found online. From our first meeting George was more than just a realtor, he became a friend. He wasn't just looking to sell us a house, he wanted to find us a home; a home that we could see our future in.

We found a TH, however, after an unsavory dealings with the sellers realtor we pulled out. Later we found the home we ended up purchasing. However, initially another offer had been accepted and we moved on with our lives.

A few days later, the sellers realtor had become so frustrated they pulled out of the deal. Fortunately George's reputation preceded him and he immediately got the first call of the situation.

We closed exactly one month ago and George is still calling to see how things are, if there is anything he can do or help with.
