George Mrad took the time to make it possible for me to enter my boyhood home before new construction occurs. He was responsive and professional throughout our text and email communication. I was especially impressed because he had nothing to gain other than the satisfaction of knowing he had helped another. He actually called during my visit to the house to see how everything was going. He then went a step further and told me he would make it possible for me to remove items such as woodwork, tiles and other miscellaneous items that are all bits and pieces of the memories I have from the 60's, 70's and 80's. George is not only professional but kind and thoughtful. Milak accompanied me during my visit. He's an impressive young man. He was very patient and allowed me to walk through the house with no pressure. He was sincerely interested in hearing some of my childhood memories in the house and neighborhood. It was a wonderful experience for me and would not have been possible without George making it happen.

George accomplished what I did not think was possible. I fell in love with a single family home the day before the townhome I was selling hit the market. George negotiated an extended settlement and was able to get my contract accepted while others were preparing competing contracts. George also got my townhome sold and got the buyers to agree to a 28 day settlement and rent back so my proceeds could clear in time for the purchase of my new home and I would not have to make a temporary move.

George and his team (Red Door Metro) have been instrumental in both my home purchases (2013 and 2015). George isnt like family, he is family - he will listen to your vision, goals, and dreams and then take is knowledge and expertise of the real estate market and find GET you that perfect home.

I say GET because that is what matters, not merely finding it. Both purchases we were in a competitive situation, actually in '15 we had lost before we even put in a bid. However, George had a great relationship with the sellers realtor, put it out there that 'hey, i got great clients who will make this a smooth transaction, if you get any negative vibes from your current offer - please give me a call'.
