Q: What is your favorite part of your job?
GMM: Guiding clients through their homeownership journey is profoundly fulfilling. It’s about much more than facilitating transactions; it’s about being part of a life-changing moment, transitioning them from homebuyers to astute investors. These aspects of my job-empowering homeownership, unveiling investment opportunities, and mentoring the next wave of real estate magnates are the chapters I treasure most in my professional narrative.
Q: What determines your business strategy in the industry? What does it mean to be powerful in your area of expertise?
GMM: Over the last quarter- century, my professional acumen has been honed through navigating the ebb and flow of fluctuating markets and mastering the art of response to these economic tides. Starting out, I worked with a top-notch team, and it threw me into experiencing thousands of transactions that enriched my understanding and expertise. Last year, I closed over $54 million in real estate and am honored to have received The Millionaire Real Estate Agent and The Millionaire Real Estate Team Awards, along with the NVAR Platinum Producer Award and the NRP Legend in Real Estate Award throughout my career.
Q: What are the positive ways you use your power in your community?
GMM: We’ve embraced a philosophy of giving that extends far beyond the realm of real estate. A portion of the proceeds from cach deal arc allocated to local charities, reflecting our commitment to funnel success back into the community that supports us. Our team actively participates in initiatives aimed at nurturing the community- through feeding public workers, supporting schools and children with necessary supplies or organizing coat drives to warm those in need. Furthermore, special days are designated for the entire team to engage in charity work, offering hands-on assistance wherever it’s needed most.
